Shipping and returns

How do I track my order?

In order to track the delivery process, our team will send you a tracking number after your order is confirmed and on its way. It's okay if you accidentally deleted the tracking number, write to our team and give them your order number and they will resend you the tracking number. This process is of course valid for our small size products. Since our furniture is also sent by means of transport, you can follow the process related to this by writing to the chat without any hesitation. We will never stop informing and supporting you.

What steps should I follow for the products I want to return or exchange?

All manufacturers have different warranty and return processes. That's why we ask you to carefully read the product information under each product on our website.

How long is the product delivery time when the order is placed?

Product delivery time also varies depending on the manufacturer and your location. You can also access this information from the Shipping tab under the product description section.

Can I use my discount again, if I return the product that I benefited from the discount?

If you share your return process with us and send images showing that a defective product has arrived, we will describe your discount to you again.

Will the products which I buy from different vendors come with a single delivery or at separate times?

Since our products are specially designed and carefully prepared for all our customers, delivery times and processes are different. Please see the shipping section and pay attention to the shipping processes of the manufacturers.

Our experienced and talented creative team, which we have established for you, designs your room free of charge. How is it happening? You send us the photo of the room(s) you want to design and the link of the products you like. Then you share your dream with us. We make your dreams come true and we place those products in your room/s with our graphic design team and share them with you. In this process, we dream together and turn it into reality. You can always contact us for revisions.

How many days does the room visualization process take?

It can be designed in 2-3 days. In this process, you can transfer all the details to our team. Making your dream come true is very important to us. You can contact us for any revision..

How can you reach the special products you are looking for in the shortest way?

All of our products are unique from each other. We have brought together designer furniture and special products on our website for you. You can both access these products individually and see how they look in the rooms. If you want a work of art that is completely unique in the world and can only belong to you, you can examine the collections of our artists' works and contact them.

I forgot my membership information / I can't access my account.

Email us at support@all-in-line.com. What we need is your name-surname, phone number and e-mail address you log in to. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I change my address after ordering?

We can forward the update before your order departs. Contact our support team first to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, this change will not be possible if your order is on its way.

If you can dream it, we can make it happen. Our excellent graphic design team will place products from our shop into your room. Free of charge.

Take a photo of your living space that you intend to change and upload it to our system. If you wish, choose from the products from our website or leave it to the expertise of our interior designers and wait for your dream to come true.

This may be because of your image size. Recommended sizes for this are maximum file size 20MB / File types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif or pdf.

Is your Imagine service free?

Our Imagine service and other ongoing services are completely free of charge. We offer you a free consultation service.

How many times can I send a room design for revision?

We are sure that you will be absolutely satisfied with the changes that our interior designers will make. You have the chance to make unlimited changes.

Can I benefit from Imagine service for office and workplace?

Imagine service is valid for any place where you live.

Can I deliver a room to your professional interior design team without choosing a product?
