Product Information

Made from solid wood, the Naïve Bench Seat is as strong as it is visually gracious. The item can be made in two sizes, also with or without the padding that comes in the eight colours of the Naïve Low Chair. If unpadded, the bench seat is either black or oiled ash wood. And like the other pieces in this family, it’s genuinely easy to assemble as well as effortlessly adaptable to any room.

Returns

The guarantee term for all our products is 24 months. Return of the products In case you come to a conclusion that your purchased product is not suitable for you or it does not satisfy you then you have the right to return it.

You must inform the ALL-IN-LINE team about your decision within 14 days . We will provide you with all the necessary information concerning your product return procedure. Product return from the client is arranged by ALL-IN-LINE. If the client wants to return good quality products which he/she does not like then the client must cover the return costs. The money for returned products is transferred to the client’s account within 15 days after their reception at the manufacturer's warehouse. Important note! If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs for the items that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping costs. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.

The manufacturer guarantees its product quality in case you notice that your purchased product is of poor quality, has a manufacturing defect, or possibly is damaged during transportation, please, immediately refer to us by e-mail support@all-in-line.com . Our team will provide you with all the necessary information concerning your product replacement. The manufacturer arranges the replacement of poor quality or defective products and covers its shipping costs.
