For all deliveries, delivery is guaranteed to door at street level. this will typically be your door, However, if the item is too heavy or if you live in a way where delivery is difficult, for example. Please do not use gaffa tape or the like. Heavy tape on original packaging as it may damage the packaging. If gaffa tape is used, the return may not be accepted.

In return, the product is repositioned in the original packaging of the manufacturer and packed properly into the correct shipping package.
